Terms and Conditions of the UEFA EURO 2024™ Event Pass

1. The Event Pass permits a customer to watch UEFA EURO 2024™ live matches and re-runs (“UEFA 2024 Matches”) from 15 June 2024 to 15 July 2024 via the Now TV services.
2. UEFA 2024 Matches will be broadcasted on Now TV Channel 618 and/or Channel 619. On the Now TV services, on-demand replays will be available within 24 hours of the live event and will not be available after 14 August 2024. The Event Pass will expire on 14 August 2024. The relevant channels will be effective immediately upon successful subscription, installation and/or an applicable redemption code is successfully redeemed (as necessary).
3. Live UEFA EURO 2024™ Matches will be broadcasted exclusively in Hong Kong by Now TV. All matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the organiser. Dates and times of all matches and events may be subject to change from time to time, so please refer to official announcements by the organizer for the latest information. Please note that the Company cannot guarantee the continued availability of the channels, programs and services on the Now TV services for the entire duration of your Event Pass subscription; and it shall not be liable for any unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any matches and/or programming.
4. csl/1O1O/ Club Sim Postpaid customers may subscribe to the Event Pass at HK$980. This subscription fee does not include any installation charges or Now TV Set-Top box rental services.
5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
6. Depending on the sale channel through which you subscribe to the Event Pass, the charges for the Event Pass will be billed through a csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid invoice, as applicable.
7. Once purchased, subscribed, redeemed or otherwise used, there will be no refund or change for any Event Pass or any other Now TV service plans.
8. Now TV customers will be able to access Now TV services by using the Now Apps (Now Player and Now TV App) and Now TV Website. Customer must use the registered email address or mobile number to create and/or log in to the customer’s Now ID account in order to watch Now TV program content. If customers subscribe to the Event Pass together with Now TV Set-Top Box service or otherwise have existing Now TV Set-Top box service, customers may receive the content of the Event Pass through the Now TV Set-Top Box.
9. The Event Pass may only be used in Hong Kong SAR and for private purposes. It is strictly prohibited to and a material violation of these terms and conditions if any person accesses, uses or watches the content of the Event Pass outside Hong Kong SAR or for non-private/commercial purposes.
10. The Event Pass and the Now TV service, respectively, are subject to additional terms and conditions. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the UEFA EURO 2024™ Event Pass, Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now Player Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide and Now TV Contract/Now TV Application Terms and Conditions for details, and refer to https://www.nowtv.now.com/tnc/uefaeuro2024 , nowtv.now.com/terms-and-conditions  and https://nowplayer.now.com/setting-sn-termsnconditions-npa. The Event Pass and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
11. Now TV is provided by PCCW Media and is available in designated areas only. Now TV is a registered trademark of the HKT Group. PCCW reserves the right to cancel the Event Pass and amend these Terms and Conditions, the Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now Player Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide and Now TV Contract/Now TV Application Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final.
12. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
