Terms and Conditions – Redemption of Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS Day Pass (without Now TV Set-Top Box) 

1. Customers can use the Now TV Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS Day Pass activation code (“Code”) to redeem the Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS Day Pass (“Day Pass”) service through Now TV website (https://s.nowtv.hk/redeem-code).
2. The Code is valid from August 17 2024 to August 31 2024 for redeeming the Day Pass, failing which the Code will expire.
3. The Day Pass will be effective immediately after the customer successful redemption the Code. The Day Pass will be valid for watching the matches for 24 hours after activation (redemption).
4. The Day Pass permits a customer to watch Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS live matches and re-runs (“Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS Matches”) from 17 August 2024 to 31 August 2024. The Code is valid from 17 August 2024 to 31 August 2024 for redeeming the Day Pass, failing which the Code will expire.
5. Each Code can only be used once. Now TV Limited shall not be liable for invalidation or loss of any Code; and/or any delay or failure to broadcast any matches.
6. All matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the organiser. Dates and times of all matches and events may be subject to change from time to time, so please refer to official announcements by the organiser for the latest information. Please note Now TV Limited cannot guarantee the continued availability of the channels, programme and services on the Now TV services for the entire duration of your Day Pass subscription; and it shall not be liable for any unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any matches and/or programming.
7. Now TV will broadcast all Premier League matches in Hong Kong exclusively on pay TV for the season of 2024/2025. Designated matches will be delivered in 4K per season. Now TV will also broadcast LALIGA EASPORTS matches in Hong Kong on pay TV for two seasons, from 2024/2025 to 2025/2026.
8. Once purchased, subscribed, redeemed, or otherwise used, there will be no refund or change for any Code, Day Pass or any other Now TV packs/service plans.
9. To access the Now TV services and the Day Pass by using the Now Apps (Now Player – Now TV app and Now TV app) and the Now TV Website, you must have a Now ID. Customer may create a Now ID by providing a Hong Kong mobile number and by following the instructions on the Now Apps or the Now TV Website. If a customer has an existing Now ID and would like to use the Day Pass under the existing Now ID, such a customer must log-in with the existing Now ID prior to redeeming the Day Pass by using the Code.  If a customer has a mobile number registered for Netvigator, csl, 1O1O and/or Club Sim services and would like to use the Day Pass under the same mobile number, the customer must create or otherwise log-in to his/her Now ID using the same mobile number that registered for such services.
10. The Day Pass may only be used in Hong Kong S.A.R. and for private purposes. It is strictly prohibited to and a material violation of these terms and conditions if any person accesses, uses or watches the content of the Day Pass outside Hong Kong S.A.R. or for non-private/commercial purposes.
11. The Code and Day Pass, respectively, are not applicable to Now TV with Set-Top Box customers.
12. The Code and Day Pass, respectively, are not applicable to existing customer who already subscribed Now TV Soccer Pack or Super Sports Pack Plus.
13. The Code and Day Pass, respectively, cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or resold; and will not be replaced if damaged.
14. Your use of the Code, Day Pass and the Now TV services, respectively, are subject to the relevant  terms and conditions. The Day Pass and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong S.A.R..
15. Now TV is provided by Now TV and is available in designated areas only. Now TV is a registered trademark of the HKT Group. PCCW reserves the right to cancel the Day Pass and amend these Terms and Conditions, the Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now Player Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide, Terms and Conditions – Now TV Activation Codes and Now TV Passes (without Set-Top Box), and Now TV Contract/Now TV Application Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final.
16. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
