Terms and Conditions of the Emirates FA Cup 2024/25 Event Pass

1. “Emirates FA Cup 2024/25 Event Pass” (“Event Pass”) is a service provided by Now TV Limited (the “Company”) on the Now TV services. Certain designated csl/1O1O/ Club Sim Postpaid/ Netvigator/ Now TV customers (“Eligible Customers”) can enjoy a special offer to subscribe to the Event Pass at HK$138 through the designated sales channels (include Now TV portal on a Now TV Set-Top Box) on or before 17 May 2025. If you are not an Eligible Customer, you may subscribe to the Event Pass at HK$198 through the Now TV Website/App. The above-mentioned subscription fees and charges do not include any installation charges or Now TV Set-Top box rental services.

2. If Eligible Customers meet the relevant conditions listed below, they may subscribe to the Event Pass at a discounted price of HK$118 by subscribing to the Event Pass through the designated sales channels of relevant service that they meet such conditions:

i. Customers of csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator or Now TV who newly subscribe to any designated service plan/value-added service (if applicable) of HK$58/mth or above of csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator or Now TV service, with a 24-month or 36-month commitment period;

ii. Selected existing customers of csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator or Now TV service who upgrade / add-on to their existing service/subscription plans, which results in at least an HK$40/mth increase of relevant service/subscription fees, with a new 24-month or 36-month commitment period; or

iii. Selected existing customers of csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator or Now TV who renew certain designated service/subscription plans for a 24-month or 36-month commitment period, at a monthly service/subscription fees no lower than the relevant service/subscription fees for their existing service plan.

The subscription fees and charges of the Event Pass do not include any installation charges or Now TV Set-Top box rental services.

3. The Event Pass permits a customer to watch featured live Emirates FA Cup 2024/25 matches (from third round to final) and featured re-runs (“Emirates FA Cup 2024/25”) from 10 January 2025 to 17 June 2025 via the Now TV services.

4. Emirates FA Cup 2024/25 matches will be broadcasted on Now TV Channel 651 and/or Channel 652. On the Now TV services, on-demand replays are planned to be available within 24 hours of the respective live events and for 30 days thereafter. The Event Pass is valid from its activation until 23:59:59 17 June 2025. The relevant channels will be effective immediately upon successful subscription or installation of a Now TV Set-Top Box (as applicable).

5. Live Emirates FA Cup 2024/25 matches from 10 January 2025 to 17 May 2025 will be broadcasted exclusively in Hong Kong on pay tv by Now TV. All programs, content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the by the rights holders and/or event organisers. Dates and times of all programs and aforementioned matches and sporting events may be subject to change from time to time, so please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and organiser for the latest information. Please note that Now TV Limited cannot guarantee the continued availability of the content, channels, programmes, matches and/or services on the Now TV services for the entire duration of your Pass subscription; the channel line-up and programming on the Now TV Services, and hours of broadcast of any channel or programe are subject to change from time to time. Now TV Limited shall not be liable for any failure, unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any content, of any matches, channels and/or programmes.

6. If a customer newly subscribes to Now TV services and opts to rent a Now TV Set-Top Box (with SD/HD/4K Connection) (the “Set-Top Box”), such a customer must subscribe to one of the available Now TV service plans with 24-month or 36-month commitment period and also pay a monthly rental fee of HK$38 over the commitment period, and an installation fee of HK$980 may also be applicable.

7. Customers need to pay HD connection fee if HD Connection Service is required. HD service is available only to Now TV HD customers subscribing to designated channels/packs and paying the monthly HD connection fee. HD Connection Service is available to customers whose Now TV installation address falls within HD coverage.

8. The offer for Eligible Customers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

9. Under the offer for Eligible Customers, depending on the sale channel through which Eligible Customers subscribe to the Event Pass, the charges for the Event Pass will be billed through the applicable csl, 1O1O, Club Sim Postpaid, Netvigator or Now TV invoice, as applicable.

10. For a customer who subscribes to the Event Pass through Now TV Website/App, it is required to pay the relevant upfront charges by credit card at the time of subscription; and for a customer who subscribes to the Event Pass through Now TV portal on the Now TV Set Top Box, the subscription fees and/or charges for the Event Pass will be billed through applicable Now TV invoice.

11. Once purchased or subscribed, there will be no early termination, refund or exchange for any Event Pass subscription.

12. Now TV customers will be able to access Now TV services by using the Now Apps (Now TV App on compatible mobile devices and/or specific smart televisions) and the Now TV Website on compatible computer operating systems, browsers and applications. A customer must use the registered email address or mobile number to create and/or log in to the customer’s Now ID account in order to watch Now TV program content. If a customer subscribes to the Event Pass together with a Now TV Set-Top Box service or otherwise has registered and connected the Now ID with existing Now TV Set-Top box service, such a customer may receive the content of the Event Pass through the Now TV Set-Top Box.

13. The Event Pass may only be used in Hong Kong SAR and for private purposes. It is strictly prohibited to and a material violation of these terms and conditions if any person accesses, uses or watches the content of the Event Pass outside Hong Kong SAR or for non-private/commercial purposes.

14. The Event Pass and the Now TV service, respectively, are subject to additional terms and conditions. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the Emirates FA Cup 2024/25 Event Pass, Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App/Website Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide and Now TV Contract/Now TV Application Terms and Conditions for details, and refer to https://www.nowtv.now.com/tnc/facup20242025 and www.nowtv.now.com/terms-and-conditions and https://nowplayer.now.com/setting-sn-termsnconditions-npa. The Event Pass and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.

15. Now TV is provided by Now TV Limited and is available in designated areas only. Now TV is a registered trademark of the HKT Group. Now TV Limited reserves the right to cancel the Event Pass and amend these Terms and Conditions, the Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App/ Website Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide and Now TV Contract/Now TV Application Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final.

16. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
