Can I pay just the outstanding Now TV service amount in order to resume Now TV service?
Yes. If you are a Now TV service customer only, we will resume service promptly, once you settle the overdue Now TV service bill.
Why have you terminated Now TV service when my NETVIGATOR broadband service is temporarily suspended, and even though I have settled my Now TV service bill?
Now TV service relies on NETVIGATOR broadband connectivity. Please settle your NETVIGATOR broadband bill so that we can resume broadband and Now TV service without delay.
How much is the service reconnection fee after Now TV service is resumed following suspension?
The service reconnection fee to resume Now TV service is $100. The service reconnection fee for resuming Now TV ($100) and NETVIGATOR broadband ($200) together would be $300.
Why can't I view free channels when my account is suspended? Aren't these supposed to be free?
Once service is suspended as a result of Now TV and/or NETVIGATOR broadband non-payment, neither free nor paid channels will be available.

Will my other service bills (eg NETVIGATOR broadband) be displayed onscreen by Now TV?
TV billing only shows Now TV charges.
Can I use a different credit card to pay for Now TV service? And can I change my credit card number after subscribing to Now TV?
Yes, you can use different credit cards for Now TV and NETVIGATOR broadband. The default setting is to register the same credit card for both NETVIGATOR broadband and Now TV service, so you will need to call Now TV Customer Service Hotline 1833 888 to make the change.
Can I pay cash for Now TV service, while paying for NETVIGATOR broadband service by credit card?
Yes, although you will need to pre-pay a certain amount for cash payment purpose.
If I apply for Now TV only, how will I receive the bill?
You must provide a valid email address to receive an electronic bill. Alternatively, if you do not have an email account, you can receive a paper bill by paying $5 per bill.

When will I be charged if I subscribe to a term plan?
Pro-rata billing will be applied to your channel/program subscription, such that the first month’s bill will arrange pro-rata charges relating to your channel/program subscription date according to your bill cycle start date and monthly subscription or term plan charges.

Can I choose language display in the Now TV bill?
Yes, you can change TV bill language display onscreen. Paper or email bills are available only in English.
If I find incorrect billing charges on TV, what should I do?
The TV bill is for your reference only, while the final bill (email/paper) will prevail. If you find incorrect charges on your email/paper bill, please call Now TV Customer Service Hotline 1833 888 or email us for assistance.
How do I check my old bills?
Login to Now ID, enter the “Bill” section and you can check the last 3 bills under “View My Bill”.
When will the new credit card information become effective after I submit a change request?
New credit card information will be updated in your account the day after receipt of the change request. However, the change will become effective from your next monthly bill, if your request is submitted five calendar days or less before the bill issue date.
How many months' bills can I view on TV?
You can view up to three months’ bills on TV.
Can I check my channel/program subscription bill charges? And how about new term plan subscription?
Yes, you can check such bill charges onscreen. New channel/program subscriptions (unbilled charges) will be shown on your current bill around two days after the channel/program subscription date.
