Now TV Monthly Clubpoint Earning

Eligible Now TV customers refer to individual registered residential subscribers register with her/his Hong Kong ID card number or passport number, and also refer to selected Now TV commercial registered subscribers register with a business registration number (refer to Small & Medium Enterprises).

Eligible consumption includes but are not limited to the purchase of Now Dollars, event passes, installation fees or other one-time purchases for earning Clubpoints.

In the following cases (without limitation), the expenses incurred cannot earn Clubpoints.

(a) Replacement, repair, or failure to return equipment charges;

(b) Deposit adjustment charges;

(c) Payment related adjustment charges;

(d) Late payment charges or interest charges.

(e) Subscription Fee Adjustment

(f)  Early termination charges;

Each The Club Member will be awarded 1 Clubpoint for every HK$10 of their eligible monthly subscription charges for Now TV services.

Example: Total bill spending $100 can earn 10 Clubpoints.

Example: Total bill spending $105 can earn 10 Clubpoints as well. The remaining 5 dollars will not be awarded with Clubpoints and accumulated to the next bill cycle.

If you are selected Now TV commercial registered subscribers

You can earn a maximum of 5000 Clubpoints within a calendar year across all selected services provided by HKT affiliates, provided such they provide their business registration number and Now TV billing account number during registration or by the end of the month of their registration.

If you are Individual registered residential subscribers

NO limits for individual registered residential subscribers.

You must register for and activate your membership as a The Club member in order to earn Clubpoints and enjoy this offer.

If you are Individual registered residential subscribers

If you have bound your HKID card number/passport number to The Club account, the points will be automatically added to your existing account.

If you do not bind your HKID card number/passport number, the system cannot identify your existing account, therefore your existing account and The Club account that The Club creates for you will not be automatically merged. Members need to call The Club CS hotline to merge them. The Club CS Hotline: (852) 183 3000

If you are selected Now TV commercial registered subscribers

If you have bound your Business Registration number to The Club account and being verified, the points will be automatically added to your existing account.

If you have not registered as The Club member, please register and activate it immediately, and link your Business Registration number and Now TV account number by the end of the month of your registration so as to earn Clubpoints.

How to link with your Business Registration number:

Step 1: Click My Account

Step 2: Click Membership Profile

Step 3: Click “EDIT” of Business Registration column

Step 4: Fill in and submit

Business Registration number will immediately show on the blank if successfully matched.

Or download The Club App, and click Login→ Forget Account→ select registered document ID type and fill in the number to get back your member account. (For detail steps, please refer to Appendix 1)

Clubpoints will be automatically credited to The Club member’s account around 4 to 8 weeks of the Now TV bill issued date.

You could check the balance in below ways.

1. In The Club App, where you’ll see your Clubpoints balance at the top of the screen each time you log in.
2. On The Club website once you’ve logged in.

Yes, but applicable to Individual registered residential subscribers ONLY.
