First, please go to this webpage https://id.now.com/nowidform/login.form, and select “Start Watching Free”.

Enter your mobile phone number.

Click “Get One-time passcode”, it will send via SMS. The SMS sender would be “#NowTV-OTP”.

Once you receive the SMS, please enter the 6-digit code into the input boxes.

Follow the instruction to enter “Email” as secondary login ID, and “Password” for authentication.

Remarks:

• Please note that email is only a secondary login ID. In case you experience any issues logging in with your email, you can always use your mobile number (primary login ID) to login.

• Your email must be verified before you can login using your email.

• If you receive an error message stating “This email is already in use for another account,” please choose one of the following options:

  (1) Provide an alternative email address, and proceed the registration process; OR

  (2) Go back to https://id.now.com/nowidform/login.form and login your account by using this existing email Now ID*.

  *If you have forgotten the password for your Now ID (Email), please click “Forgot Password”.

Then, you can either use your Personal Document ID or input your Set-Top Box connection code by selecting “Use your set top box” to get set up. For customers subscribed through 1O1O / csl / Club Sim Postpaid, please enter your 1O1O / csl / Club Sim Postpaid mobile number to get set up.
