Super Sports Plus & Entertainment Combo Plan 12-month Pass Offer (without a Now TV Set-Top Box):

Now TV Super Sports & Entertainment Combo 12-month pass (“Super Sports & Entertainment Combo Pass”) without Now TV Set-Top Box subscription is HK$4,656, which is charged on an upfront basis. The Combo includes Super Sports Pack Plus, Now Signature Pack and STEM Learning Pack (without toys). Please contact Now TV sales staff for further information on all the service plans and promotional details. If you do not submit a termination request at least 48 hours before the expiry of your subscription(s) to the Super Sports Plus & Entertainment Combo Pass, we will renew your subscription(s) accordingly and charge you the applicable upfront charges for the Super Sports & Entertainment Combo Pass at the prevailing upfront charges rate published from time to time on our Now TV Apps, Now TV websites and Now TV television portal (if applicable). This Super Sports & Entertainment Combo Pass offer is only available on Now TV Website for subscription. All pass(es) cannot be returned, refunded, resold, transferred, exchanged for cash and/or other gifts. There will be no refund for any charges paid. *Now TV will broadcast all Premier League matches in Hong Kong exclusively on pay TV for the season of 2024/25. Designated matches will be delivered in 4K per season. Customers are required to subscribe SD/HD/4K Connection and Now TV Set-Top Box Rental Fee together in order to view the 4K version of the channels (including matches in 4K resolution). Now TV will also broadcast LALIGA EA SPORTS matches in Hong Kong on pay TV for the coming two seasons, from 2024/2025 to 2025/2026. Please note that Now TV cannot guarantee live broadcast of all matches of each LALIGA EA SPORTS seasons. Bundesliga and Formula One are provided by beIN SPORTS. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. The dates and times of all aforementioned matches and sporting events may be subject to change from time to time, please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and event organizers for the latest information.
Super Sports Plus & Entertainment Combo –Special Offer with commitment period for Designated Customer:
#The Combo is a limited time offer. The charges of the subscription(s) is on a monthly charge basis. This offer is not applicable to online subscription. Designated csl, 1O1O, Club Sim or Netvigator monthly service plan customers can subscribe to Super Sports Plus & Entertainment Combo at a discounted price HK$298/mth with designated commitment period. The designated commitment period of this discount offer for is 24/36 months and starts from the commencement date specified in the Super Sports Plus & Entertainment Combo Plan contract/terms and conditions of the relevant csl/1O1O, Club Sim, Netvigator or Now TV monthly service plan. The Combo includes Super Sports Pack Plus, Now Signature Pack and STEM Learning Pack (without toys). This Super Sports Plus & Entertainment Combo Plan offer does not include a Now TV Set-Top Box. If a customer newly subscribes to Now TV service and rents a Now TV Set-Top Box, such a customer must subscribe to one of the available Now TV service plans with a 24-month or 36-month commitment period and also pay a monthly rental fee of HK$38 over the commitment period, and also an installation fee of HK$980 may also be applicable. The monthly subscription fee of the Super Sports Plus & Entertainment Combo Plan will be billed through a csl, 1O1O, Club Sim or Netvigator invoice. If you terminate the Super Sports Plus & Entertainment Combo Plan before the expiry of the commitment period, you must pay us an early termination fee, which is the total monthly fees for the remaining months of the commitment period. After the commitment period ends, the Super Sports Plus & Entertainment Combo Plan will continue to be provided to you at the same monthly fee until the you provide us with a 30 days prior notice (or other periods required by the Super Sports Plus & Entertainment Combo Plan contract of csl, 1O1O, Club Sim or Netvigator monthly service plan (if applicable) to cancel the subscription of the Super Sports Plus & Entertainment Combo Plan.

Now TV customers will be able to access Now TV services by using the Now TV Apps (Now TV mobile app and Now TV smart television app) and Now TV Website. A customer must use the registered email address or mobile number to create and/or log in to the customer’s Now ID account in order to watch Now TV Content. If customers subscribe to a Now TV pack/service plan together with Now TV Set-Top Box service or otherwise have existing Now TV Set-Top box service, customers may receive the content of the Event Pass through the Now TV Set-Top Box. The Now TV pack/service plan and the Now TV services, respectively, are subject to additional terms and conditions. For csl/1O1O/Club Sim users to waive the data usage of Now TV App:
1Eligible users of the csl/1O1O/Club Sim monthly service plan (“Users”) can enjoy a wavier for local mobile data usage provided through the relevant registered SIM card when streaming Now E video content and Now TV video content and when browsing on the Now E app and Now TV app (collectively, “Waiver Apps”) in Hong Kong (“Data Waiver”). For avoidance of doubt, the Data Waiver is not applicable to data usage that incurred for downloading and updating of the Waiver Apps. The mobile data usage for viewing of video advertisements broadcasted or transmitted in the Waiver Apps, accessing or downloading content from other websites (such as banner advertisement) and/or any other websites (for example, advertisement from third party) redirecting from the Waiver Apps will be deducted from your applicable csl/1O1O/Club Sim mobile data service plan(s). If Users download and/or use the any of the Waiver Apps overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. The Data Waiver is subject to Terms and Conditions.
