Now Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. Now Rewards (“Program”) is only available to designated Now TV customers (“Now Rewards Customers”).
2. Now TV Limited (“Now TV”) reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Program at any time or to change any terms in connection with the Program, with or without notice.
3. Now TV’s decisions in all matters arising out of or relating to the Program are final and binding.
4. All rewards and/or premiums cannot be replaced or exchanged for cash.
5. Now TV and its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any claims, losses or damages incurred arising from or in connection with:
• the Program; and/or your participation of the Program; and
• the rewards and/or premiums, any use, or inability to use the rewards and/or premiums.
