New customers who subscribe to a designated csl, 1O1O, Club Sim or Netvigator monthly service plan, or existing customers who upgrade/renew any service plan or purchase a value-added service of HK$39 or more can enjoy a discounted monthly fee of HK$58/month when subscribing to the Now TV Now Signature Pack (“Now Signature Plan”) for the designated commitment period. The designated commitment period of this discount offer for Now Signature Plan is 24/36 months and starts from the commencement date specified in the Signature Plan contract/terms and conditions of the relevant csl/1O1O, Club Sim, Netvigator or Now TV monthly service plan. This Now Signature Plan offer does not include a Now TV Set-Top Box. If a customer newly subscribes to Now TV service and rents a Now TV Set-Top Box, such a customer must subscribe to one of the available Now TV service plans with a 24-month or 36-month commitment period and also pay a monthly rental fee of HK$38 over the commitment period, and also an installation fee of HK$980 may also be applicable. The monthly subscription fee of the Now Signature Plan will be billed through a csl, 1O1O, Club Sim or Netvigator invoice. If you terminate the Now Signature Plan before the expiry of the commitment period, you must pay us an early termination fee, which is the total monthly fees for the remaining months of the commitment period. After the commitment period ends, the Now Signature Plan will continue to be provided to you at the same monthly fee until the you provide us with a 30 days prior notice (or other periods required by the Now Signature Plan contract of csl, 1O1O, Club Sim or Netvigator monthly service plan (if applicable) to cancel the subscription of the Now Signature Plan.

Now TV customers will be able to access Now TV services by using the Now Apps (Now Player – Now TV mobile app and Now TV smart television app) and Now TV Website. A customer must use the registered email address or mobile number to create and/or log in to the customer’s Now ID account in order to watch Now TV Content. If customers subscribe to a Now TV pack/service plan together with Now TV Set-Top Box service or otherwise have existing Now TV Set-Top box service, customers may receive the content of the Event Pass through the Now TV Set-Top Box. The Now TV pack/service plan and the Now TV services, respectively, are subject to additional terms and conditions.
