Terms and Conditions of “Now TV Ultimate Sports and Entertainment Bundle (with a Set-Top Box)”, “Now TV Entertainment Pack x Netflix (with a Set-Top Box)” (each a “Now TV x Netflix Service Plan (with a Set-Top Box)”)

1. “Now TV Ultimate Sports and Entertainment Bundle (with a Set-Top Box)” at a monthly subscription fee of HK$398 (with Netflix Standard Plan)* or HK$418 (with Netflix Premium Plan)*, is applicable to new or existing Now TV customers. A 24- or36-month commitment period is required for a subscription to this service plan. “Ultimate Sports and Entertainment Bundle” under this service plan includes Super Sports Pack Plus and Now Signature Pack. For further details of Super Sports Pack Plus and Now Signature Pack, please refer to https://www.nowtv.now.com/package/super-sports-pack-plus/ and https://www.nowtv.now.com/combo-pack/now-signature-pack/ respectively. This service plan also includes a Netflix subscription for the commitment period that you have subscribed for. 2. “Now TV Entertainment Pack x Netflix (with a Set-Top Box)” at a monthly subscription fee of HK$248 (with Netflix Standard Plan)* or HK$268 (with Netflix Premium Plan)*, is applicable to new or existing Now TV customers. A 24- or36-month commitment period is required for a subscription to this service plan. “Now TV Entertainment Pack” under this service plan includes On Demand - Now Studio and Now Signature Pack. This service plan also includes a Netflix subscription for the commitment period that you have subscribed for. 3. Service plans with Netflix Standard Plan allow customer to watch on two (2) supported devices at a time in up to Full HD quality. Service plans with Netflix Premium Plan allow customer to watch on four (4) supported devices at a time in up to Ultra HD quality and/or with Netflix spatial audio. 4. Upon subscription, Now TV will send a SMS notification about Netflix service redemption to the customer’s registered mobile number on the plan effective date. To activate Netflix service, the customer is required to complete the activation process by entering the required information at Netflix website through the designated activation link provided by Now TV. Customers may follow the instructions via SMS; customers may also complete the activation process on https://www.nowtv.now.com/nowtv-netflix . The commitment period of the service plans will commence on the date on which the SMS is sent out, whether the customer has activated the Netflix service or not.

5. Now TV x Netflix Service Plan (with a Set-Top Box) will be billed through your Now TV monthly bill.

6. The subscription fee of Now TV x Netflix Service Plan (with a Set-Top Box) is inclusive of Now TV Set-Top Box HD/4K Connection and Set-Top Box Rental service fee. (Only applicable to new Now TV customers)

7. If a customer terminates a Now TV x Netflix Service Plan (with a Set-Top Box) before the expiry of the commitment period, the customer must pay us an early termination fee, which is the total monthly fees for the remaining months of the commitment period of the subscription.

8. After the commitment period of a Now TV x Netflix Service Plan (with a Set-Top Box) ends, Now TV x Netflix Service Plan (with a Set-Top Box) will continue to provide to the customer at the same monthly fee until the customer provide Now TV with a valid 30-day (or where applicable, such other applicable period as required in the relevant Now TV X Netflix Service Plan of the customer) prior notice to terminate the subscription of the service plan.

9. Any termination of Now TV x Netflix Service Plan will also terminate the Netflix subscription under the service plan(however, Section 4 of “Netflix Terms and Conditions” below may apply).

10. Customers may enjoy Now TV services through a Now TV Set-Top Box, Now TV app (including “Now TV App on mobile or Smart TV) and Now TV website. Customer must provide an email address or mobile number for the purposes of creating and/or logging into the customer’s Now ID account in order to watch Now TV program content. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. Dates and times of all program content, matches and events may be subject to change from time to time. For all services plan and offer details, please inquire with Now TV sales representatives. Provision of the Now TV services and the Now TV x Netflix Service Plan (with a Set-Top Box) are subject to Now TV Things to know before you buy, Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide and Now TV Contract/Application Form. 11. Customers can access the Netflix service via Channel 535 on a designated Now TV Set- Top Box (including Set-Top Box of H1, Now One, 6950, 6845) or the Netflix Website (www.netflix.com) or the Netflix App upon successful activation of the streaming service under the Now TV x Netflix Service Plan (with a Set-Top Box). We will provide one of the above-mentioned models of Set-Top Boxes that is compatible with Netflix to the new customers randomly. If existing customers cannot watch Netflix content on their Now TV Set-top Box, customers may contact Now TV customer service and exchange the compatible Set-Top Box with the existing one. There will be no extra installation charges and services fees.

12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

13. Now TV reserves the right to change or terminate this Plan and amend all related terms and conditions at any time without further notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Now TV shall be final.


Netflix Terms & Conditions:

1. The Netflix service is provided to customer by Netflix Pte. Ltd. (“Netflix”) under the Netflix Terms of Use, which will be provided to customer separately.

2. In order to enjoy the Netflix service as part of Now TV x Netflix Service Plan (with a Set-Top Box), customer will need to complete the Netflix activation process (Instructions will be provided separately).

3. If a customer has an existing Netflix service account, customer can link it to Now TV x Netflix Service Plan (with a Set-Top Box) when customer complete the Netflix activation process. Customer will continue to be charged separately for any existing Netflix service account until customer link that account to Now TV x Netflix Service Plan (with a Set-Top Box)”. For any queries regarding your billing with Netflix for your existing Netflix service account please contact Netflix directly.

4. Cancellation of Netflix as part of Now TV x Netflix Service Plan (with a Set-Top Box) will not automatically cancel any pre-existing linked Netflix service account and Netflix will automatically resume charging any existing method of payment of yours that Netflix has on file. If customer wishes to review the details of customer’s Netflix membership please visit the ‘Account’ pages on the Netflix website.
