Movie Rental Voucher FAQs

1. What can I do with the movie rental voucher?
   Eligible subscribers will receive movie rental voucher via SMS or email. And a movie rental voucher code will be enclosed with the SMS or email. Each movie rental voucher code can be used three (3) times to rent On Demand pay-per-view programmes on Now Video Express value at HKD38 or below per rental. If the value of the rented movie is less than HKD $38, the unused balance per rental will not be refunded.
2. How to use the movie rental voucher code?
   Step 1: Log in Now TV Website (NowTV.hk) and choose “Rent Now” from menu bar
   Step 2: Choose a movie you like (up to HK$38) and press “Rent”.
   Step 3: Click “Add a discount code?” and enter the code above, and press “Apply”.
   Step 4: Accept the terms and conditions, then click “Agree and Subscribe” to confirm your rental
   Step 5: Enjoy your movie selection on Now TV App or website!
3. Can my movie rental voucher be refunded if my subscription to Now TV is terminated for whatever reason?
   You can still use the Movie Rental Voucher before its expiry date. You may still log in to Now TV App or website with your Now ID and redeem the voucher, even if your subscription to Now TV is terminated for whatever reason.
4. How can I check the expiry date of the movie rental voucher?
   The movie rental voucher will be valid till 31 May 2025.
5. Can I use movie rental voucher to settle my Now TV monthly fee?
   No. Any unused movie rental voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, gifts, services, discounts, or used to pay any fees.
