Bluetooth is the default connection mode as it has a better communication range. You don’t even need to point your remote directly at the TV Box to control it. If your remote loses the Bluetooth connection, it will automatically switch to IR mode.
To check if your Bluetooth is connected, go to “Home” > “Settings” > “TV Settings” > “Remote Control & HDMI CEC” > “Remote Control Pairing”.
How to pair the Bluetooth function of your Now H1 remote control manually
Press the Google Assistance button, and follow the on-screen instructions for set up
